Spotify, you know me well

For my recent friends on lj - I've been more than a bit disillusioned with my church recently, mostly due to the two old guys who hold most authority in the church. They've got very set ideas about various issues including, amongst others, the place of women. While I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, if they use it to control and restrict what others can do, then I've got an issue, and I've fallen out with both of them a couple of times over the last few years.
Anyway, since our new pastor started, things are on the up. He's young (30), open minded and sound.
Today was a great service. The youth spoke and one of the lads who is leaving us to go to university, had me welling up when he said that the best thing about his time at church has been the youth-group, which me and my wife are involved with.
It definitely feels like we're heading in a much more positive direction at the moment and I'm looking forward to my preach in November more and more.
When I got home I pressed the random recommendations button on Spotify, which uses the songs you've got saved to guess what you might like, and it was great stuff that came up.
The first song was this from Macy Gray, which fits really well with the issues at church. This is awesome:

Glad to hear you've got anew new pastor you relate to better. I don't identify with close-minded judgemental types either.

Aw, thanks for sharing the Macy Gray video. I hadn't seen it before. It was a very well done video, loved the dynamic between the dancers. Great lyrics too. : ) Awesome, indeed.
