It's time to get into new habits.

Things I'm keeping:
Thursday's Spanish group
Friday's staff soccer
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday workouts

Things I'm changing:
6:45 rise instead if 5:45. (Why did I do that last year?)
Fruit & Fibre for breakfast instead of Weetabix (that's right, I'm going upmarket)
Cutting back on coffee.
Getting more involved in church. Who was it that said, "be the change you want to see"?
Be more mindful/don't rush so much. Con calma. Toma te lo con calma.
And I might get one of those Amazon Echos... what do you reckon? has anyone got one? is it worth it..? Waste of space?
