It is the best possible way to start a weekend without a doubt. Half an hour after the last school bell we're in the school sports hall running around with a ball. It's so much fun that it doesn't feel like a workout, but afterwards you're completely wiped out.

We played 4 against 5. I'm probably the least skilled player out of all of them and definitely the oldest by at least 10 years but I can't be that bad because I was on the side with 4 players and we won.

I had a good night on my Alpha course this evening too. This new guy came along called Mo (which is short for Mohammed). His dad was from Bangladesh and his mum was English. Interesting guy. He was a punk in the 80s, he's an artist, and his girlfriend is from Columbia. I really clicked with him. Really glad he came along.
Chilling out now in bed glad that it's the weekend.
