Sunday roast

Today was a very traditional western world Christian Sunday for me.;)
We went to church.
The pastor was preaching on one of the Psalms (which amounts to analysing song lyrics by King David, which I always like).
Then we had a couple from church round for Sunday dinner - roast lamb, roast potatoes and roast veg - doesn't get much more traditional than that.
Kind of killed in the evening watching trash tv (X-Factor), but I enjoyed the day.
The church organized the dinners so you had random people coming to your house and you didn't know who it was going to be until they turned up. The couple we had are quite old and we wouldn't normally have asked them but it made a nice change.
